Standard Buyer Support

  • Manage and complete all Back Agent requirements
  • Meet inspector at property to pickup radon test
  • Make sure the ratified contract is sent to the lender
  • Meet appraiser at property
  • Coordinate, manage and schedule settlement (includes sending contract amendments and updates)
  • Coordinate & attend well and septic inspections (if applicable)
  • Obtain all home inspection receipts from the listing Realtor prior to closing
  • Coordinate with buyer with regards to hazard insurance and their decision concerning owner’s title insurance
  • Coordinate with buyers on utility setup and forwarding mail
  • Confirm the buyer has completed the required settlement data sheet
  • Coordinate and deliver house keys after closing is recorded (if applicable)
  • Follow-up with buyer 15 days after closing to capture testimonial
  • Send a thank you note signed/customized by you 30 days after closing

Premium Buyer Support
